Dear Healthcorp Team,
Wow, what a great day we had yesterday. Each of the 14 ladies who attended the 'Apply First Aid' course came away feeling well informed, confident and reassured of their ability to provide appropriate first aid to our students (we have around 1300 of them) when required.
Our trainer, Chris Cleary, was fantastic. She arrived early, happily overcame some unexpected site difficulties, and presented the course content in a professional, friendly and engaging manner.
Chris obviously has great underpinning knowledge, as demonstrated by her capacity to answer the several questions put to her by the group.
I am delighted that I 'stumbled across' your company in an email at the time we were looking for this training. Both the trainer and course content well and truly met my expectations and meshed perfectly with the needs of our candidates, who represented a mixture of experienced and inexperienced practitioners.
Throughout the booking process, I also found you and your colleagues to be most helpful and accommodating.
Just a couple of administrative notes:
- Dianne Shaw has yet to complete her online course work. As discussed with our trainer, she will endeavour to complete this within 48 hours of finishing the practical course.
- All other eligible candidates have completed their online course work and Chris Cleary has a copy of their evidence.
- Jo-Anne Raper was unable to attend the practical day due to family issues, so is ineligible for assessment.

I have received such positive feedback about Saturday's First Aid Course. All staff I have spoken with who attended found it a very informative and enjoyable day.

Excellent overview of CPR. Fantastic delivery by Danni. I really enjoyed the session. Kylie the trainer was excellent - very engaging, great sense of humour and very knowledgeable. She was able to translate technical/medical information in a user friendly way - and enjoyable and informative course. This trainer used real life examples and her own experiences to make the training as interesting and realistic as possible. Kylie you rock!
