This course is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge required to perform the essential lifesaving technique of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Content is based on the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines 2011.
The face to face training is 2.5 hours and covers both theory and practical aspects of CPR Training.
Students are required to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the course commencement or may be refused entry.
On successful completion of the course participants will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for the nationally accredited course – HLTCPR211A Perform CPR.
The CPR certificate is valid for 12 months. Australian Resuscitation Council recommends that cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills are refreshed annually.
